From lots of experience, this session identifies the top 10 IM problems in Canadian organizations, and then outlines corresponding solutions.
About the Speaker
Scott Procter is an information architect, business and requirements analyst, facilitator, instructor, Information Governance Professional (IGP), and Professional Engineer (PEng.) with over twenty-five years experience in conceiving, planning, promoting, implementing and supporting Information Management (IM) solutions. This experience includes the documentation of EDRMS solution requirements, IM business rules, technical documentation management procedures, digitization and data conversion processes, and meta-data specifications. This experience also includes the conduct of IM program assessments, the development of classification schemes, the design of whole IM Program policy and procedure frameworks, the design of IM Program compliance management solutions, and the delivery of specialized training. Scott Procter is also a past President of the ARMA-NCR Chapter and winner of the Ted Ferrier Award of Excellence.
