About Paul Klassen
Paul has worked in the business of managing records and information for over 20 years, after spending the last decade of the twentieth century in various customer service roles. After an unintentional introduction to RIM by indexing boxes of accounting files for a mid-size oil and gas company in 2000 as a favor for a colleague, Paul has since grown his portfolio of experiences and continuing education to become a proficient RIM analyst, with much more to offer than the stereotypical file clerk or database administrator.
