During this 90-minute webinar, attendees will learn about low-morale experience development, factors and systems that show up in various library workplaces, and influences that challenge recovery from low morale. A brief review of emerging and established countermeasures will also be shared and there will an opportunity for Q&A.
A Renewals Colloquium Prep Kit will be provided two weeks in advance of the session (first week of July), so do consider registering early. The session will not be recorded, but slides will be available to those who register.
*Please note that Kaetrena will be repeating the workshop in September with an IBPOC focus, if this is of interest and relevant to you.
