We don’t often talk about burnout, but we should. This workshop is guided by two facilitators with a combined 28 years of experience in a variety of wellness spaces. Together, we will explore what burnout is, how it can present itself, and how we can best cope with and address it.

Intended Audience:
New supervisors, managers and leaders, and colleagues interested in leadership roles. Everyone is welcome.
Facilitators:
Chelsea Humphries is the Public Services Librarian at the Ferriss Hodgett Library at the Grenfell Campus of Memorial University. She is also a certified yoga instructor (CYT 200) and is passionate about prioritizing mental and physical wellbeing in academic spaces.
Justine Cotton is a Teaching & Learning Librarian at Brock University, a fitness/yoga instructor, and mom of 3. She loves all things wellness-related, including reading, barre fitness, and yoga!
