In both personal and professional spheres, difficult conversations are inevitable. Whether it’s addressing conflicts or managing sensitive topics, the ability to navigate such discussions with finesse and empathy is a critical skill. Discover the power and effectiveness of taking a “coach approach” to focus on empowerment of the human heart. Building upon concepts such as powerful questioning, active listening and engagement, workshop participants will have the opportunity to elevate their learning through interactive activities and practice conversations with their peers.

Facilitators:
Susan Cleyle is a graduate of Royal Roads Post Graduate Executive Coaching program. In addition to her Executive Coach certification, she holds a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation from the International Coaching Federation. These credentials ensure a level of professionalism and expertise in the exploration and discovery that is the coaching experience. Prior to this area of study, Susan acquired a Bachelor of Arts and a Master Degree in Library and Information Studies. She has spent her entire career, spanning over three decades, in various administrative and executive positions, first at the University of Regina and for the past twenty-seven years at Memorial University. She has also held president and chair positions in various national and regional professional associations and collaborative partnerships and is the retired Dean of Libraries at Memorial University.
