Theme: Canada Now: Disrupting the Past, Activating the Future

The iSchool Student Conference planning committee is delighted to announce the 2017 annual student conference theme, Canada Now: Disrupting the Past, Activating the Future. As Canada celebrates its 150th birthday, it is important to reflect on the past, the present, and to consider the future. Please join us for a two-day conversation about what it means to be an information and/or museum professional in Canada.

Sessions will include reflective and innovative ideas presented by students completing a Master of Museum Studies and students completing a Master of Information at the University of Toronto Faculty of Information. This year, PhD students at the iSchool will also be invited to submit proposals for a poster session.
