Speaking “Business” – The IM/RM Specialty Moving Forward

Date

June 13, 2017 09:00 - 12:00

Location

Ottawa

Details

Join us for a short presentation followed by a participatory workshop discussing what “Speaking Business” means from an IM context, and whether this changes IM Specialists and the IM Function moving forward. What skills, competencies and education do we think we might need? How has our function evolved and what are we doing today that we were not doing 10-20 years ago?

About the Speaker

Céline Beauregard has worked in the realm of Federal Government Information and Records Management for almost nine years after previous careers in hotel services and sales, and informal conflict management. She brings her client service background into Information Management making client experience a key deliverable in all of her IM work.
