The thought of setting retention schedules is pretty daunting: where to begin? For how long should you keep things? Sure, you can look at the Generic Valuation Tools (GVT) but what if there isn’t one for the activity you need? What if the business owners just can’t part with their documents? In this session we will examine the why, how and when of retention and help you to just Let it Go (we promise no singing).
