EPL was one of the first public libraries in Canada to implement a system-wide, integrated community-led service approach in 2008. Pilar will discuss the framework for the community-led approach, how it has been implemented and evaluated. She will highlight some of the things EPL has learned in the last 7 years, the successes, the challenges and what’s in store for the future.
