Registration for IL Palooza 201 is now open!

The fourth annual IL Palooza will be held at MacEwan University, City Centre Campus (room 7-278) on Thursday, April 21th 2016, from 1p.m. to 4p.m. Registration is free, but space is limited.

Presentations will include topics such as:

• Working with a writing centre to present cross discipline drop-in workshops.
• Providing one-on-one research consultations as an essay research tutor.
• Contextualizing searching with a short prezi.
• Including elements of critical information literacy as part of teaching practice.
• Using Socrative as an assessment tool.

A new professional development initiative, Teaching Triangles, will also be launched, and attendees will have the opportunity to discuss the landscape of IL professional development.
