The objective of this presentation is to share overall best practices, and offer some recommendations and lessons learned for those embarking on a GCDOCS implementation project. The presentation is based on my experience at SSC (2014-2016) and ATSSC (2015-ongoing) where I was/am responsible for leading the implementation of GCDOCS.

About the Speaker

Rina Gribovsky has been an IM professional in the federal public service for nearly 25 years. Currently the Manager of IM Services at the Administrative Tribunals Support service of Canada (ATSSC), she has worked in a number of departments and agencies over the span of her career, including Shared Services Canada (SSC), Industry Canada, Department of Finance, Fisheries and Oceans, HRSDC, National Research Council (NRC), Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) and the Library of Parliament. Her responsibilities over the years have encompassed the many facets of IM: Records Management, EDRMS Management, Library Services, Web Content Management and Access to Information and Privacy. Rina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Journalism (Concordia, 1989) and Master of Library of Information Studies (McGill, 1992).
