The ideals of leadership qualities can lead the typical introvert into anxiety and avoidance. But introverted leadership combats the idea to be a successful leader you have to be loud, promoting leadership through healthy and successful working environment with modesty, humility, and action. This workshop will challenge participants to identify their leadership style, build their skills and focus on individual aspirations as they develop leadership confidence, focusing on individual aspirations and talents and inspiring others through guidance and encouragement. The workshop will also focus on enhancing leadership qualities by leaning on others, finding support through mentorship, collaboration, and other avenues.

From this workshop, you will:

  • Identify stereotypes that plague quiet leadership expectations
  • Learn how to influence others without changing who you are
  • Discover how to become a quiet leader that is compassionate and understanding
