Drawing on public, academic and health library perspectives, this virtual panel will share examples of real-world case studies using A.I. for library sectors. Hear about tools that can address general inquiries, improve knowledge sharing, analyze data, and expedite workflows while navigating pitfalls like the amplification of misinformation and limitations to access of supports and resources.Then join a hands-on trial of practical tools that your library can implement with the unique touch and critical engagement that only human interpretation can offer.
