The theme, The Human Side of Libraries, focuses on the importance of planning for the most important resource in our libraries – our staff. Staffing is one of the most pressing issues facing libraries across the north. Whether you are the only staff member or supervise others, whether your library is faced with staff turnover, imminent retirements, shortages of skilled staff, or meeting the ever-changing learning requirements for staff, this conference is for you.
