Everyone has a role to play in creating inclusive libraries. Many people in libraries want to be BIPOC allies but don’t know where to start. Join us for a discussion on the perceived challenges to creating inclusive workplaces and how to demonstrate allyship. Strategies for recruitment, retention, advancement, and outreach will be shared and participants will have opportunities to share ideas and co-create strategies.

Intended Audience:

New supervisors, managers and leaders, and colleagues interested in leadership roles. Everyone is welcome.
