Theme: Growing Impact of Leading Learning: Standards of Practice for School Library Learning Commons in Canada

Treasure Mountain Canada is a national school library learning commons research symposium and think tank! This year, the symposium is held January 29 – 30, 2016 in conjunction with the Ontario Library Association Super Conference, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Toronto, Ontario.

Themes that will be explored include: Co-Teaching for Deeper Learning, Innovation for Learning, and Building a Learning Community.

Featured speakers include Wendy Newman (advocacy), acclaimed author Wab Kinew, and David Cameron, Research Director, People for Education.

The conference has been priced to offer a significant discount to the educational sector and includes dinner Friday evening, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday.
