Call for Proposals: Canadian Association of Law Libraries (CALL) 2021 Virtual Conference

We are pleased to announce that CALL/ACBD is now accepting applications to present at our Virtual Conference this coming May 26, 2021 – June 4, 2021. This year’s theme is “Legal Information: Outside the Box”. We plan to address how legal information professionals go beyond, capitalizing on our expertise to innovate, rebuild, and address unprecedented challenges.

Your session proposal should focus on one of the below sub-themes:

  • Services & Technology – Monday, May 31, 2021
  • Data & Legal Information – Tuesday, June 1, 2021
  • History Meets Innovation – Wednesday, June 2, 2021
  • Social Justice – Thursday, June 3, 2021
  • Resilience & Reinvention – Friday, June 4, 2021

Additionally, please ensure you are submitting for one of three below formats:

  • 45-minute plenary presentation
  • Poster Presentation (Students and New Professionals)
  • 7-minute lightning talk

To submit your proposal, please click on the button below.

The deadline for proposal submissions is Monday, January 4, 2021. Once received, your proposal will be reviewed by the CALL/ACBD 2021 virtual conference planning committee. You will be notified Monday, January 18, 2021 if your proposal has been accepted.
