Call for Proposals: Library Space Design Challenges

In anticipation of the Library as Place (LaP) Conference in 2026, the Education Institute is hosting a series of interactive case study virtual workshops in the months leading up to the main event.

• Does your library have a space in need of renovation or upgrades?
• Are you struggling with a particularly thorny community engagement challenge?
• Would you like to partake in a live design consultation from the many thoughtful and experienced library leaders and architects who attend LaP?

Tell us about your project! Submit a description of the design and/or space challenge you’re facing, and let us find a solution for your project with the help of the profession’s creative minds!
