Canadian Cities’ Red Hot Library Development Continues

The Ex Libris Association (ELA) recently published the second part of a new occasional paper by Barbara Clubb, former Ottawa City Librarian, on public library branch development in Canada: Canadian Cities’ Red Hot Library Development Continues.
