How can we be the leaders and mentors we aspire to be using the organizational structures we have in place to accomplish stated objectives? We are all leaders at our levels in an organization, and many of us have the privilege of mentoring either formally or informally. How do the ships of leading and mentoring work to ultimately serve our organization and our own personal needs?
