Library Fitness at the Fort Saskatchewan Public Library
January 23, 2018
During the month of February the Fort Saskatchewan Public Library is going to focus on Physical Literacy for Families.
The month will include a proclamation from the Mayor and a visit from Canadian icons Joanne McLeod and Hal Johnson of BodyBreak, free yoga class, and a fun passport activity to keep fit and have fun.
After completing five physical activities, families and individuals can fill them out in their passport and return it to the Library to receive a free BodyBreak rubber bracelet and pass to the swimming pool. They also have a chance to win some great grand prizes such as two 6 month passes to GoodLife Fitness and a monthly pass to the local pool and recreation center.
To prepare ourselves for this exciting month our staff created a fun library workout video that we would like to share.
