Call for Survey Participation: Mobile/Offsite Public Library Services

The Ottawa Public Library is researching the types of mobile and/or offsite services that other public libraries are offering.

As part of our system-wide Service Delivery Framework refresh, we hope to renew our Mobile Framework, which will help govern how we deliver services outside of our traditional bricks and mortar locations.

We intend to address issues surrounding how we determine locations for bookmobile stops, how we respond to increasing demand for homebound delivery services, and how we determine the value of offsite services such as materials dispensers, holds lockers, deposit collections or outreach/pop-up visits.
