April 11, 2019
Dr. Guy Berthiaume, Librarian and Archivist of Canada, today announced the recipients of the Documentary Heritage Communities Program (DHCP) for 2019-20 at event hosted by the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in Toronto.
Created in 2015, the Documentary Heritage Communities Program provides financial assistance for activities that enhance the visibility of, and access to, materials held by Canada’s local documentary heritage institutions. The program also aims to increase the capacity of local institutions to sustainably preserve, promote and showcase the country’s documentary heritage.
