Hire a Master of Information (MI) Co-op Student!

We now have students available from May 2016 for 4 and 8 months.

Why? This is a great opportunity for you to:

• Work with highly motivated and brightest MI students, who bring newly acquired knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm to your work environment
• Have flexibility in re-allocating urgent projects during peak times or seasonal work
• Evaluate potential candidates for employment upon graduation
• Create an opportunity to mentor a future colleague
• Contribute to academic programming by providing feedback on professional competencies needed today
• Receive up to $3,000 of refundable co-op tax credit, which is available to Ontario corporations who hire students enrolled in a co-op program at an Ontario university

We are looking for 4-month and 8-month co-op work opportunities encompassing a range of information areas, such as:

• archives
• records management
• data analysis
• information and knowledge management
• information policy
• user experience design
• information architecture
• librarianship and more

You can send us your co-op postings as early as December 2016.
