Call for Participants: Library Job Satisfaction Study

Dear Library Workers,

We are looking for current library workers in Canada to participate in our study on a novel measure of job satisfaction. We aim to better understand how to improve workplaces for library staff in Canada. You are eligible to participate in this study if you are:

1. currently 18 years or older;
2. currently a library worker in Canada; and
3. able to understand and read English.

Participants will be asked to complete a 40-45-minute survey, and they will receive $5 Digital Gift Card to Tim Hortons or Starbucks.

This study, Checking-in: Job Satisfaction Survey for Library Workers (ID #Pro00145639), has been reviewed for its adherence to ethical guidelines by a Research Ethics Board at the University of Alberta.
