Invitation to participate in the OLA Inclusive Librarianship: State of the Sector survey

Help create a more inclusive library sector by participating in the Ontario Library Association (OLA) Inclusive Librarianship: State of the Sector survey. Your voice matters!

We are looking for members of the Ontario library community to help shape our anti-racism strategy by sharing their experiences to identify existing barriers to participation faced by Indigenous, Black, and People of Colour (IBPOC).

Both members and non-members of OLA are invited to take the survey.

We encourage White/non-IBPOC members of our library community to take the survey as well, as racism impacts everyone, and anti-racism is a shared responsibility.
