RFP: Evaluation of Library Settlement Partnerships (LSP) Pilot Projects in Public Library Branches

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has issued a Request for Proposal for the “Evaluation of Library Settlement Partnerships (LSP) Pilot Projects in Public Library branches”.
The objective of this project is to describe and review the current models of Library Settlement Partnership (LSP) activities being delivered in Toronto Public Library (TPL), Hamilton Public Library (HPL) and Ottawa Public Library (OPL) branches. The review will evaluate the models, identifying their benefits and challenges, with suggestions for the expansion of the model to other library branches in Toronto and to other library systems in Ontario.
The deadline for the submission of proposals is Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at 4:00 p.m.
