New Publication – Voices: Topics in Canadian Librarianship
January 20, 2017
Welcome to the first issue of Voices: Topics in Canadian Librarianship!
We are launching this new publication with stories from our community about those experiences that were satisfying, gratifying, or grounding to them in a way that made them PROUD to be a library professional.
It is these stories and memories that are so dear that recalling them can elevate our moods and we find ourselves looking back to them from time to time. They are our Library Happy Places when the world around us is dark and gloomy.
We hope these stories will inspire you and provide that reminder of why we do what we do.
If these stories inspire you share your own story, please send them to us (info@librarianship.ca) and we will publish to the Librarianship.ca as an extension to this issue.

Congratulations on inaugural issue `Voices’ . I find it must be useful not for Canadian library personnel but helpful for all working in the library all around world.
