Help LAA Shape its Future: Library Workers and the Sector’s Needs Questionnaire
October 11, 2024
The Library Association of Alberta (LAA) is working on a new strategic direction – a bold path forward for the Alberta library community. This new direction must be set by and with you, our colleagues and partners in the library community. The LAA has placed engagement at the center of our strategic direction process to ensure we meet the needs of our community.
We are conducting a research questionnaire and want you to fill it out, whether you are an LAA member or not.
The questionnaire aims to gather valuable input on crucial topics including:
- Current challenges facing library workers
- Emerging trends in the Alberta library sector
- Professional development needs
- Advocacy priorities
- Support required for the library community
Click HERE to complete the questionnaire by November 1, 2024
We’re committed to supporting the sector, and all questionnaire participants who request a copy of the questionnaire summary will see results by the end of November.
Your responses will directly inform our new strategic direction, set to launch in 2025.
