Government Information Day 2020: coast to coast!
Tentatively: Dec. 15, 16, 17, 2020 (Virtual)
The Ontario Legislative Library is hosting a virtual Government Information Day that is open to all (east coast and west coast!) but the “day” will be held over a few days. We don’t want you to get “zoomed out” and want to provide lots of opportunity for you to join in.
A virtual conference is the perfect opportunity to engage with colleagues across the country and even farther afield. Our emphasis will expand beyond Ontario – let’s learn what our government information counterparts are working on, concerned by, and let’s celebrate our achievements.
You will be able to pick and choose sessions, tentatively scheduled for 15, 16 and 17 December – save those dates! Scheduling will be friendly to all Canadian time zones.
Call for Proposals
- Email your proposal or ideas for topics to govinfo2020@gmail.com
- Please indicate if you would like to give a 10-minute lightning talk, a 45-minute presentation (including questions), or organize a panel
- Proposal deadline: Thursday, October 22, 2020
