Rina Hadziev Joins Centre for Equitable Library Access (CELA) as Executive Director

The Centre for Equitable Library Access (CELA) today announced the appointment of Rina Hadziev as Executive Director. She succeeds Michael Ciccone who left CELA in August to join the London Public Library as Chief Executive Officer.
